How do I buy?

My website offers more accessible pieces that I have available most of the time. You can buy them anytime on here. For specialty exclusive drops though you will need to tune in on my feed every Tuesday at 1pm eastern as I do drops on there. Check my “how to shop” highlight on my Instagram for further info. 

 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes about 3-5 days to get to you in the USA and up to 7 business days to be sent out. So you’ll expect to receive your piece within 12 days maximum of purchase.

 

Do you test for lead?

I test all my pieces for lead and heavy metals internally. Please note though that some pieces do have lead paint on the outside. 
When this does happen I perform an echo friendly non toxic encapsulation method to ensure there’s no risk.
Although as long as a piece is negative internally and around the mouth piece it poses no risk unless the piece is broken. If broken though  it still takes many months for lead to leech through water. That being said as long as you are cleaning your pieces regularly you are always in the clear. Changing water is not only important for lead leeching but the biggest threat being mold development. Always try to dump your water after every use. 
Your health and safety is most important to me and I don’t take it lightly. I assure you that my pieces are always safe to use🫶🏻



What about wear and tear on pieces?

Most of my pieces are over 100 years old. That being said. They aren’t and never will be perfect. And that’s what give them charm! Because I sell a lot of porcelain some of my pieces do have internal staining from age. This poses absolutely no threat to you as it’s just discoloration from age and is 100% natural. As for chips/scratches/nicks etc. I try my best to note any imperfections and show them in photos. If you have any questions or concerns please dm me on Instagram. I will not do returns/exchanges for any of these reasons stated above🫶🏻

 

How do I clean my pieces?

All pieces come with a cleaning card with detailed information on exactly how to clean your piece. If you so happen to lose it please refer to my “clean piece” highlight✨


Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. Due to hygienic reasons. Although In the case of a piece breaking in shipping. With picture proof I will allow you to pick a new piece at the same value of your original piece.


Do you ship internationally?

I prefer to ship only in the USA, but if you are willing to pay the conversion rate and the shipping id be more than happy to.
