Nippon teapot bong RARE✨

Wow. This piece is absolutely stunning!!! Like one of the prettiest I’ve ever had my gawddddd!! She’s a completely hand painted teapot Nippon bongo made in the late 1800s early 1900s with gorgeous 24k gold details and she features a stunning portrait of Juliette Récamier!!! She’s also highly functional and you use her spout as a carb! I just can’t get enough! Like teapot piece like this are sooooo hard to find and the detail alone is out of this world. Just a true piece of history 🩵🌸

Juliette Récamier was born in 1777 and died in 1849 and was one of the most famous socialites of her time. She hosted an immensely influential Parisian literary and political salon that drew the period’s greatest thinkers, artists, and statesmen. Renowned for her extraordinary beauty, wit, and charm, she became a primary muse for Neoclassical artists and remains a lasting symbol of French elegance👑

(there is a crazed line on the inside of the mouth. Not a crack. It’s perfectly intact)
